Si cuando viajáis en avión, tenéis que hacerlo normalmente desde un aeropuerto internacional grande, de esos que siempre están llenísimos de gente, estresada y corriendo, y cuando tras recorrer dos kilómetros hasta la puerta de embarque, depositas tu ya cansado cuerpo (y eso que aún no has salido) en un asiento de avión tan estrecho que pasas casi todas las horas del vuelo dudando seriamente de si la sangre podrá circular con normalidad por tus piernas, os voy a dar un consejo:
Viajad en día de huelga nacional!
Teo y yo hemos salido unos días de viaje para venir a visitar a sus abuelos (mis padres) y a su bisabuela (mi abuela) a las Islas Canarias. Viajar con Teo siempre es divertido, además le encanta el avión. Pero éste ha sido el mejor viaje de todos, porque debido a una huelga convocada para ayer, no hubo tráfico en nuestro camino al aeropuerto, una vez allí, aparcamos casi en la puerta de acceso, en la terminal no había ni un 25% de la gente que habitualmente lo abarrota, no tuve que esperar casi para facturar mi maleta, y viajamos en una avión mitad lleno en una fila sólo para nosotros. Cero estrés si viajas en día de huelga ;) Apuntadlo!
P.D: tuve la suerte de que mi vuelo estuvo en la lista de los que sí se operarían :)
If when you travel by plane, you have to do it normally from a large international airport, the kind that always are crowded with people, all is stress and running, and when after walking two miles to the boarding gate, you put your already tired body (despite you have not traveled yet) on an airplane seat so narrow you spend almost every hour of flight seriously wondering if your blood can flow normally through your legs's veins, here a great advice:
Plan your trip on a national strike day!
Teo and I were off for visiting his granny, his granpa and his great-grandmother, who also are my mom, my dad and my granny. So we are in Canary Islands. Traveling with Teo is always fun, plus he loves the plane. But this has been the best trip by plane we have ever done. You see, yesterday there was a strike here in Spain and because of that, we did not find any traffic jam on our way to the airport, once there, we put up the car next to the access door, there was not crowded, I did not have to wait to drop off lugagge, and we traveled in a half-filled plane at an empty line of seats! No stress if traveling on a strike day. Remember!
P.S. I was lucky enough to get my flight on the list with the ones which would fly :)
